Through recent legislation changes, it is harder to rely on Medicaid as a form of care coverage but at the same time there are a few tax
advantaged options that have led insurance companies to create hybrid asset based LTC options. We'll discuss solutions now available.

Providing an in-depth look at the affects PPACA will have on the Individual Health Insurance market in 2014, Patton will review the
individual mandate and compliance requirements for U.S. citizens. Licensed producers will examine current enrollment in the market
and how that might change in 2014, and you will learn how Exchanges will operate and what services they will provide.

will have in the Group Health Insurance market. You will walk away knowing employer requirements to provide coverage, reporting
requirements your clients will have to file, exchanges, subsidies and their impact on employer's coverages and employer fees and taxes.

1 hour CE, Combination Disability - Rick Cordaro
Detailing the benefits of combining both Group LTD and Individual Disability Income Insurance, you'll explore the rewards of this
virtually untapped market.

OPTIONS FOR THURSDAY EVENING

After the reception in the Exhibit Hall, networking opportunities continue as you may have an evening on your own.

There are three options for Thursday evening:

1. Dine Arounds - small group dinners with conference speakers and other agents/advisors. You may sign up on site.

2. The Omaha Storm Chasers baseball team has a home game at Werner Park at 6:35 p.m. Thursday night. They play the Las Vegas 51s.
You may choose to go to that ball game on your own. Tickets are available at the Storm Chasers ticket office at 402.738.5100

3. Hospitality Suites will be open at 9 p.m. back at the Embassy Suites hotel. Be sure to check exhibit booths to see who will be
sponsoring a Hospitality Suite.
